Chief Mark T. Macon
Chief Macon comes to the Weldon Police Department with a proven
record as an accomplished supervisor with expertise in solving and
managing criminal and fraudulent cases. He has over 14 years of
experience as a certified law enforcement officer with 7 years
experience as a criminal investigator.
In addition to BLET training, Chief Macon holds Associate and
Bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice, and has experience working
with local law enforcement agencies as a narcotics agent, deputy
sheriff, and lieutenant.
